Shipping.

Sculptures are shipped via courier in appropriate packaging. Shipments can be tracked.

How the goods are delivered.

The sculptures you order will be shipped via courier. You must open the package carefully, without pristinely opening the contents. You have the right of withdrawal, which protects online purchases.

In case of damage.

If your package is damaged, you can accept it with reservations or not accept it. If you decide not to accept it, you must inform the courier of the reason for your refusal. If you decide to accept it with reservations (because you have concerns about the integrity of the contents), you must check, after opening the package, that the item is not damaged. If damage is found, you must notify us and document it with at least two photographs. You must then send us the damaged item, along with the documentation and the original packaging. The damaged item will be repaired/replaced promptly.

Right of withdrawal and return of goods.

In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 working days of delivery. To withdraw, simply send an email to scaramella.snc@gmail.com and return the goods within 10 days of receiving notification. The goods must be returned intact, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return of the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by VAT-registered companies/professionals. The right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned work.
